5 LESSONS FROM GENERAL BUHARI'S VICTORY

As Nigeria approaches the May 29^th power handover it will be great for us to draw some lesson from this year’s Nigeria presidential election.

   

1. Learning from his past mistakes: the past gives us the key areas that we need to change in order to succeed. Past success seldom teach you great lessons; but past hold-up or failures has a lot of packaged lessons for you. You past experience matters at some point in you entrepreneurship journey.
2. Collaboration: When it comes to success it is a matter of team. One great observation in the APC victory is the fact that other great hands we put a place. If you must succeed with excellent and great team is a must.
3.  Leveraging on other key performers.
4. Promotion/marketing: without marketing or promotion it would have been tough for APC, APC had done their homework when it came to promotion and marketing. For any entrepreneur to succeed, you must have an excellent promotion and marketing of your product.  
5. Focus: The president elect Rtd General Buhari’s focus helped him to remain in the pursuit even when he had failed in the past election. Focus gives you access to endurance and patience.
